Professor at the GSAPP Columbia University, Alberto Foyo studied architecture in Madrid, Spain, and the University of Oregon, USA. He collaborated with the Austrian architect Dr. Roland Rainer developing low rise-high density residential enclaves and later opened his practice in NYC. His projects include residential developments in Spain and Florida, a master plan for Kiev, an agroforestry & permaculture center in the Amazon basin and residences in the New York region. He is involved as professor, guest critic, and lecturer in Europe, China, and America. He also teaches at the School of Architecture, City College, New York.
