They are brief programs organized by a minimum of three European universities employing innovative teaching-learning methodologies. More information about the program is available here: Mobilidade KA131 Erasmus+ Estudos de Curta Duraci\u00f3n (udc.es)<\/p>\n<p>The BIP program &#8220;RIGHT TO THE CITY&#8221; will be conducted for the second time in 2024 in a marginalized neighborhood in the city of Porto (PT). Actions will be taken there aimed at reclaiming the right to the city and the right to decent habitat for residents. The expected impact focuses on improving the knowledge and practices of the parties involved, contributing to the equitable development of the city by ensuring permeability between academia, practitioners, and society through the dissemination of content and tools supporting the co-creation of a city to address common primary needs and rights.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participating Universities (TBC)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ISCTE, Lisbon<\/li>\n<li>Universidade Lus\u00f3fona_Centro Universitario do Porto (coordinator)<\/li>\n<li>University of Nicosia, CP<\/li>\n<li>Universidade da Coru\u00f1a, ES (contact: Pl\u00e1cido Lizancos)<\/li>\n<li>University of Romania, RO<\/li>\n<li>University of Volos, GR<\/li>\n<li>University of Salonica, GR<\/li>\n<li>University of Ankara, TK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nSchedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Opening session: Monday, June 5th; 15:00 to 17:00, PT time<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">On-site workshop: June 10-15<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nApplication information<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">As there is a limited number of participants coming from each university and as ERASMUS is going to support expense of every participant, the procedure for applicants is competitive. Application must be supported by a 500-word motivation letter, written in English, which will be evaluated by the ETSAC BIP coordinator and the ETSAC deputy director of international relations. Due to the project&#8217;s nature, preference will be given to students who have taken the Habitat B\u00e1sico subject, although it is not an exclusive requirement.
